Carmel Homes is a family-owned new home developer and builder with deep roots in the community we proudly serve. Founded in 2000 by Michael, the company was built on a simple belief: homes should be thoughtfully designed, expertly built, and created with the people who will live in them in mind.

What began as one man’s vision has grown into a multi-generational family business. Today, Michael works alongside his son, Phillip, continuing a legacy shaped by more than 30 years of hands-on experience, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship.

Born and raised in the same town where we build, Carmel isn’t just where we work—it’s home. That connection influences every decision we make, from neighborhood planning to architectural details.
